These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phperry platform, including all games, financial transactions, bonuses, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one phperry account. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phperry ("phperry," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at phperry.net. phperry is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms apply to all users of the phperry platform, including players residing in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other areas of the Philippines where accessing the platform is lawful.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the phperry Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
Only one Account is permitted per individual. phperry uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. If duplicate Accounts are identified, phperry may close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
Prior to making any withdrawal from your phperry Account, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC). phperry accepts the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:
phperry may request additional documentation at its discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes, including proof of address or proof of source of funds. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. phperry reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent Account closure without refund of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phperry login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. phperry Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
You agree to notify phperry immediately via our customer support channels if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phperry will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
phperry will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password from phperry should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
phperry accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phperry does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phperry Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. phperry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 business hours.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. phperry reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing times. phperry will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name.
phperry complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended and PAGCOR's compliance requirements. phperry monitors all financial transactions for suspicious activity and is required by law to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Using phperry for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
phperry offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the phperry promotions page at the time the bonus is offered, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your phperry Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered across qualifying games. The contribution rate of different game types toward wagering requirements varies and is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
phperry reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit bonus funds, and to close or suspend Accounts, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using systematic or low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing exposure; and any form of collusion with other players to exploit promotional structures.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player Wallet without notice or compensation.
All games available on the phperry Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules available within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
phperry's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Certified RTP (Return to Player) figures for each RNG game are published within the game's information panel. phperry does not alter RTP settings after game certification.
In the event of a technical malfunction that causes a game to display an incorrect outcome, phperry reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered stake to the Player Wallet. phperry is not obligated to honor payouts resulting from a manifest technical error, regardless of whether the error appeared to award a win.
Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the game host and system. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to phperry support within 72 hours of the relevant session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phperry Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phperry content without express prior written authorization from phperry.
Game content provided by third-party providers such as JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, and CQ9 Gaming remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. phperry licenses this content for delivery through the Platform and does not claim ownership over it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phperry's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your phperry Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phperry shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phperry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phperry does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access to games or financial services. phperry will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phperry's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
phperry reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phperry has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon Account termination for breach, any balance held in the Player Wallet — including real money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at phperry's discretion. Where termination is not related to a breach by the player, phperry will process a withdrawal of any remaining real money balance to the player's registered payment method.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phperry's customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real money balance. Accounts closed at player request may be reopened subject to phperry's standard verification procedures, unless the closure was made as a self-exclusion request.
These Terms and all matters arising from or connected to your use of the phperry Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall first be submitted to phperry's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.
If a dispute is not resolved through phperry's internal process within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable to licensed operators, or seek resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines for any disputes not resolved through alternative means.
phperry reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phperry will notify registered players by email to their registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or PAGCOR regulation.
Your continued use of the phperry Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.
